  7.     One threw his dirty laundry around, the other picked it
  8. up, and the audience loved it. Jack Klugman and Tony Randall
  9. were the classic odd couple for years on TV. So when his pal
  10. asked to join him once more for a benefit performance, Klugman
  11. couldn't resist. "I would do anything for him, as he would for
  12. me," he says of Randall. The two will reunite June 23 in New
  13. York City for a one-night show of Neil Simon's The Odd Couple
  14. to raise funds for Randall's theater company. The play will be
  15. a challenge for Klugman: a bout with throat cancer has left his
  16. voice a raspy whisper. But with his determination and some heavy
  17. miking, the show will go on.
